I was born and raised in San Diego, Ca. on February 21st, 1987. My parents divorced when I was 2, and from then on I lived two completely different lives. Mom's house and Dad's house. While my dad kept the same house for most of my youth, my mom moved around frequently. Regardless I had good parents. My dad remarried and did his best to keep a strict christian home, and my mom did the best she could on her own for the most part. They shared custody of my sister and me and up until 16 I lived with my dad and went to my moms on the weekends. I attended Vista High School in Vista, Ca. but did not graduate due to the fact that i had gotten into ditching school and doing drugs. I left home at the age of 17 and started living with friends. My drug use increased and from then on my life continued to get worse. I always knew I was going the wrong direction in life but I didnt care. I just wanted to have fun and feel good.
At the age of 22 I hit rock bottom. I couldnt stand the way I was living and I wanted to clean up and live a normal life. On march 8th 2009 I sought help through my local church and was introduced to Tony Pollato; A good friend of Pastor Bosley's. He decided to try and help me, and took me in until we could come up with a plan. He contacted Pastor Bosley and through a miracle I ended up at The Masters Ranch.
Since coming to The Masters Ranch I've recieved all the help I needed and completely turned my life around. I'm now living my life for the Lord. I quickly gained a burden for the boys seeing that they were all on the path to the type of life I had been living before. After a short time here at the ranch Pastor made me junior staff, and after a total of 6 months working with the boys God opened a door for me to go to Bible College. I attended Providence Baptist College in Elgin, IL for one year where I continued to grow in the Lord. During a visit back to the Ranch in August of 2010 I felt called to stay and help as a staff member. I am now currently working with Jimmy in the school and i'm the only full time live in single staff member. Since I've been back I've seen nothing but growth and and improvement in both the ranch itself and the boys and I'm excited to see what God has in store next.

Being called of God to a line of work is a very rewarding and serious thing. Knowing this is where I have been called, has been a tremendous blessing to myself and my family. As a young man at the age of 17, I was enrolled in a boys home program. My parents were trying to keep me from going down the wrong path. Like most boys, it was the path that I was Choosing!! Going to this program taught me a lot of things that I needed to know as a young man,and that I use everyday Here at MRCA. Things like how to work hard and appreciate the things around me. More Importantly, it improved the relationship that I had with my Family, and brought me closer to God.
I believe that through daily devotions and prayer and a Solid Church, anyone can turn their life around. Most teenage boys don't want, or care about this. We are here to change that though pattern. I will teach your sons how to work,in various fields of construction, everything from Concrete to framing, drywall, flooring and even finish work. But more importantly we teach them to do their best every time, show them that with good attitude and work ethic you will be valuable to any boss, no matter what line of work you are in.
With work being taken care of, we also teach the boys how to have good clean fun(something I personally think is lacking in most boys lives today) We take camping trips and teach them about nature and survival in the wilderness,we go swimming and fishing regularly. Sometimes a boy just needs to get dirty whether its work or play.
I don't view my job as a regular job as most people do, but as an opportunity to reach these young men and help them at a time when they need it most. They deserve the same opportunity that I had. God called me here to MRCA and I thank Him everyday for the opportunity to work here. He has truly blessed my life and those around me.

I was born in Prosser, Wa. on June 30th 1985. My parents were divorced when I was 2, and through a miracle I ended up with my Grandmother, who raised me through my adolescence. Thanks to my Grandmother, I was raised in a Christian home, and taught the Bible at an early age. I graduated from Riverview Baptist Christian School in Pasco, Wa in 2004, and from there I attended West Coast College in Lancaster, Ca. After college, I returned home to work, and help in my local church. In 2006, I married my long-time friend Jessica Bosley, and in 09' we had our first child, Spencer Saddler. During a visit to Master's Ranch in 2008, I felt God's calling to work with trouble youth. On Nov. 1, 2008, I started working at Master's Ranch, where I now am School Administrator. I am excited to see what God has in store for Master's Ranch next. With each year, we see more growth, and even more decisions made for God.
Joshua Morgan
My name is Joshua Morgan. I live in Thayer, MO. I graduated high school in 1998 at Concord High School in Arkansas. I was born in Germany and I was raised all over the world due to my father being in the military.
I was raised in a good Christian home. I attended Arbanna Baptist Church during my teenage years that were the saving grace in my life. When I was 19 years old, I surrendered to preach. At this point, I was attending Arkansas State University. I felt convicted about this, so I decided to sit out for a while. This situation led me to my first job which was framing houses with what became one of my best friends.
During the next few years, I was exposed to different construction trades such as plumbing, electrical and roofing. Little did I know at that time that I would be called upon to use my preaching and all of my construction training on one ministry.
The next year is when I met my wife. Candy was also a member of a Bible believing Baptist church. Within the next 6 months, Candy and I were married. We have now been married for 10 years and we have two young boys, Gabriel and Isaac who are 8 and 9 years old.
In 2003, Candy and I went to Pensacola Bible Institute in Pensacola, FL. We graduated in 2006 with a B.A. degree in Divinity and immediately left for Thayer, MO to pastor a small church. Candy and I will be also finishing an Associate’s degree in Business Administration in September of 2011.
After 1 year in Thayer, I ran into Pastor Bosley at a local feed store. I remembered Pastor Bosley from hearing about him in Bible school. We had gone to the same school, and he also graduated with my father-in-law. Over the next few months, we established a good relationship and I began to slowly spend more and more time at Masters Ranch.
After 3 years of fellowship, we finally were able to get to a point where I was free and Pastor had the ability to take me on full-time. This was quite a blessing because I am a preacher, without a church or ministry. I felt like I was not doing anything for God. Before I came to this area to pastor, I had another friend who wanted me to work a different boys home with him. Praise the Lord, this never worked out and I never could find peace over that situation. Now, it is only providential that I was moved to this area and now am working at a boy’s home.
I came on full time at Masters Ranch in April of 2010. I have nothing but peace working here and being able to minister to every o young man that comes through the program. I have even told Pastor on a few occasions that I feel bad getting paid because I feel like I am just coming out to hang with the guys. Sure, we get work done, but it is so much fun. I want to help these boys simply because I know that I could have ended up in the same position had the Lord not rescued me. If I can help guide just a few to the right road, it is a possibility that it could same hundreds.
Now, with the beginning of the new church, the Lord seems to be working everything out. It seems that every step we take the Lord blesses. If for no other reason, I want to hang around just to see the Lord do a work. “Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord…” (Exodus 14:13)
William Dunleavy
My name is William Dunleavy. I am a staff member at Masters Ranch and Christian Academy. This is the verse that God has used to give me the right heart for this type of Ministry. Mark 10:14 says “But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of God.
I bring a rather unique set of skills to this ministry of reclaiming the young men at the ranch for the Lord Jesus Christ. Having been a correctional officer for several years prior to salvation a security mind set and behavioral modification mentality is prevalent in my philosophical makeup.
At the same time having raised 5 children also gives me a heart to see the young men succeed in the program. My oldest boy is a Sgt. In the military and is preparing to start a life in the private sector in about two years. He has been trained to succeed and to think critically from his youth. He will doubtless succeed in whatever avenue he proceeds into. My second son is 21 and is already a boat Captain for a charter service in Alaska. He is realizing a childhood dream of fishing and hunting for a living. My daughter is a junior in high school and is preparing for a career in nursing. My youngest kids are just fourteen and nine and are still forming disciplines for successful living.
Another skill set that is probably most pertinent to the task at hand with the boys is my time in the gospel ministry. I am a graduate of Pensacola Bible Institute and have pastured in Washington State for the past ten years. Dealing with individuals on a spiritual level is the most rewarding and sometimes daunting task of my life.
Pastor Dave and I have been friends since childhood and when we discussed the possibility for an alliance of experience and complimentary leadership styles I took the matter to God in prayer. God seems to have removed the obstacles and provided the means for myself and Karen, my lovely wife of 25 years, to pack up and move to Missouri to serve at the Masters Ranch.
I have been here with my since September of 2010 and I am still growing into the position. I covet your prayers for me as I seek to serve the young men entrusted to me.
